Chorizo a la sidra anyone? We marinate our chorizo in Astigarraga cider for hours, you’ll never forget them.

Tortilla de Bakalao (cod omelette) anyone? A classic recipe, we make a champion onion pintxo.Our black pudding is authentic, direct from Beasain. Unique in the world!

We have many other pintxos too. Even foie. Try it! The Guernica, with crab salad; the San Fermín, crispy chicken with chistorra (Navarre chorizo) and peppers; or the Aurresku made from seared beef loin, huevos estrellados (fried eggs with runny yolk) pintxo, irresistible; and the Urumea: crunchy asparagus and camembert. More than 50 pintxos to fill the stomach. And what are you going to have with your food? Txacolí from Kupela, as is the norm, or a good red. Also try the authentic Patxaran made from sloe berries, of course!

As you would expect, the kitchen is open all day, in case you feel like visiting Donosti without leaving Paseo de Gracia.
